The paper submitted should have never been published or being submited for publication any where else. After the selection process has finished, the papers accepted by the committee will be given a chance to be presented and will be published in a SCOPUS-Indexed Publisher Proceeding. The papers and presentation materials should be written in English.
The conference also aims to publish the papers presented in the conference. The conference are being evaluated by IOP Publishing Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science (EES). All the papers submitted should be relevant to environment and sustainability. Pure agriculture & food-related papers, and pure socioeconomic papers are not suitable for publishing, unless inclusion of the upstream process. There will be review process to select qualified papers to be published in the proceeding, and potential papers may be asked to revise to satisfy the requirement. If then the paper is not qualified, the authors may decide to publish in the second online conference proceeding indexed by Google Scholar.
Author Guidelines
- The topic is included in the conference theme/sub-theme
- It has:
- Abstract (no more than 200 words)
- Introduction to the formulated issue or problem or questions or hypothesis, and literature review (about 30% of overall content)
- Method of the research (for research-based article) (about 5% of overall content)
- Main Discussion (about 60% of overall content)
- Conclusion (about 5% of overall content)
- References (checked for accuracy. References can only be linked via Crossref if they are correct and complete)
- Paper size is European A4
- Margins are 4cm (top), 2.5cm (left and right) and 2.7cm (bottom)
- The paper includes the author name and affiliation (full address including country)
- Text is single spaced, not double spaced
- All pages are portrait (landscape pages should be rotated)
- The content refers to at least 10 references, it is recommended to use journal articles (most recent, international journals, articles that have DOI), and at least refers to 1 (one) CORD Journal article
- Figures are placed within the text, not collected at the end of the document
- A thorough proofread is conducted to check the standard of Englishand ensure wording is clear and concise
The deadline for papers submission is on 15 June 2024. Selected papers will be announced on 30 June 2024
